      Clutch position Sensor

I was trying to get into my horn relay underneath the steering wheel and when I knocked into my clutch pedal with my arm, the clutch position sensor seemed to pop off the clutch pedal. I tried to fit it back on, but it seems to have been mounted with 'adhesive'? Is this correct? I am at a loss for how to fix this, and at the moment I have disconnected it and the car runs fine and starts normally without it.

This is the part I am referring to.

      If anyone can help please!

if it was attached to the pedal arm, it seems logical to get I would feel for the gunk and clean it off. Use double sided carpet tape. That's some strong sticky stuff.

Please do not power off, firmware update pending.....
