Clutch release shaft broken or torqued?

My 2008 Chevrolet Kalos/Aveo has a clutch problem. The clutch release shaft touches the stop point on the gear box without even starting to release the clutch. The slave cylinder is at his maximum extension. This happened suddenly. I replaced the clutch and the cylinders, no improvement. Could it be a torqued or broken shaft?

Unfortunately no idea until it’s out of the vehicle. Could be the shaft, or the bearing could have disintegrated.

It was a throw-out bearing problem.

At least it’s a much easier part to source. Everything operating correctly now?
