Check fuel, air, spark, and compression. Here are some ideas:
-Check fuel pressure at the rail, swap injectors around
-Check compression on all cylinders; the affected cylinder should not be significantly lower than the rest
-Change out spark plug and wires or just move them around for now
-Check out the affected cylinder with a bore scope; is there any intrusion of oil?
-Check oil pan and coolant resivorior for cross contaminants.

Hello!
I watched your vid, the last cylinder shown is #4, unless the vid was reversed. It may just be down in the block where the camera can't focus on it. #1 is closest to the passenger side, and the piston actually looks clean.
Here is a link to an older thread where a problem like yours was tossed around for a few days, the last poster described a similar situation, and resolved it by replacing the coil pack. He visually tested the coil and found the #2 cylinder coil was no longer putting out spark.
