Yup, that's exactly what happened to my 06 Suzuki Swift+. P0606 (also lit up P2105 and P2106)... It would have to be left around -15 oC for 3-4 hours to not start.
New ECM later (under warranty OF COURSE!), no problems, even to -30 oC.
