    Thread: Coolant temperature staying low

      Make note, you have 2 ECT sensors, one in the radiator, and one in the block.

      Here is the ECT sensor in the block. Not sure how to get at it as I have not worked on one.

      According to the manual, that is the thermostat heater.

      The ECT is: "Mounted to the rear of the engine cylinder head below intake center" in the 'component locator' section. Not sure if this applies to your model or not since I don't have one. lol HTH
