crankshaft snapped at timing gear

2004 auto 185,000

So I was about to leave my garage when my engine suddenly shuts off, I suspected that just the crank pulley bolt had come loose. However as I pull the bolt out everything comes with it. I guess I'll be putting a new engine in lol.

Wow, that is unexpected.

Yeah I did some searching and it seems I'm alone with this issue. Anyone have suggestions for places to get a replacement engine? Thanks
