I have a 005 ls i was driving and the high beam was coming on i noticed a power drop then it cut off and. would not start again i need help

check terminals at the battery.or go to auto parts store let them check the alt and bat. good luck

Yeah, sounds like an alternator or battery to me.

Well started digging and found my timing belt took a nose dive $100 latter it sounds like it is getting compresstion at least. but it still wount turn overi still did not put a gage to make all the notches are still lines up so the timings good i put new plugs gaped at 44 and there getting spark. looking down the spark plug i can see tje fuel spray batter still strong. am for a loss of ideas i am going to test the fuel pump and injector in the morning fuel preasur test ect. and try by passing the mass flow sensor unless some one out there has had these issue and could save a lot of time i would be greatful

It sounds like it is cranking, has fuel and spark and compression so it should run..

Therefore. I would verify how much compression based on the timing belt giving out.
