Driver Door Issue (water leak, only when wipers on)

I've had my 2007 Aveo5 Special Value since August and so far the car has been very good to me.

However, buying the car used, it wasn't until I drove the car a couple of months to notice all the small things wrong with it.

So far every fix has been cheap and straight forward, but I do have an issue that is confusing me as to how I could fix it.

As the title of the thread suggests, it's the driver door.

The issue is that when it rains, water seeps in and drips on my left leg while I drive. The heavier it rains, the more water that gets inside.

First check the condition of the door gasket itself. It should have no obvious wear or tears in it.

If the gasket is OK, this car which you said you bought used was probably in an accident before you bought it.

Take it to an auto body shop and describe the problem. It might be a door adjustment. A good auto body shop will find the leak.
