E-tec 2 Single cam ECU harness problem, in the caribbean

Hi guys.
I am Ronald and i live on the island of Curacao (in the caribbean)
I am a Dutchman and 27 years old (so sorry if my english language is not 100% perfect)

I own a buget carrental focusing on the long term rent.

Curacao is a old colony of the nederlands,
we rent our vehikels mainly to dutch students who come to curacao for a couple months for an internship.

we also do short term rental for tourist ofcourse


On this moment I own 35 aveos, 9 VW Golfs and 15 Scooters.

We have a small garage and me and my mechinic do all the maintaince ourself.

All my aveos`s are the south amerika type, this means they all have the single cam e-tec 2 1.5 liter engine.



Now the problem I can`t solve at the moment is the following:

i bought this car without knowing the previous owner allready tryed to solve the harness problem.
but he failed and sold it to me ( he ****ed me over)


basicly the car drives great, but somethimes it doesn`t start, no spark
the fireing order of the injectors is somethimes wrong.

i tyred diffrent coils, camshaft sensors, crankshaft sensors(genuine GM) and diffrent ECU`s
i inspected the intire harness very carefully
i mesured everything twice but i can`t find anything.


out of dispare i took another aveo and swapped the harness, and it worked..
so the problem is 100% the harness

I can`t find a 1.5 single cam e-tec2 automatic harness on ebay, (because they where never sold in the US)
And i don`t have the Wireing diagram of the ECU.

So my question is:
do you know where i can buy a E-tec2 automatic single cam 1.5 harness?
of do you know where i can buy a ECU wireing diagram of the ECU?
