Electrics problem s everywhere?

So I have a base 2011 Aveo that's getting some work, and I'm considering trying to do some of the work myself. All but one of these issues are on my center dashboard as well. Bad luck or one big issue?

-One issue I've had sense day 1 is that the clock is never correct. be one thing, turn the car off, go back in 30min and I've gone back in time.
-Next my radio will work but sometimes I have 0 background light. Working, just can't see it. Will randomly turn back on.
-If I quickly change the volume is goes up and down and really doesn't change. It has to be slow one click at a time and it still has a hard time.
-the background light for shifting gears turns on half the time.
-finally my left and sometimes right blinker on the dashboard is crazy rapid( I just read a fix about this on here I'm excited to try)

You have my condolences. It seems they built the entire car around the radio.

Mine is an '09. If yours has the clock in a little center shroud near the windshield, it's a POS. Mine was replaced while under warranty and it still was quirky and unreliable, going on and off and reporting the wrong time. I found an old accessory LED clock and wired it in, mounting it in front of the old clock.

IMO the electrical system on these cars is too complex and there isn't enough tech info to solve the weird issues that arise.
