Foot Wells are flooding!

I first noticed this issue a month ago... It appeared to start after I locked my keys in the car, and my insurance company sent someone out to open the car. THey apparently bent the door bad enough that water was coming in. It got to the point that I had almost an inch of water! So, i got it fixed. New carpeting, the entire deal. Today, I noticd the rug on the passenger side was wet again, and it hadn't even rained! What else could be causing this? i am about to freak out here...
