Fusible link issues

My 2004 Chevy aveo the fuse on my battery blew completely melted replace most of the relays under the hood and starter coil and positive cables and still crank no start ' I'm hearing my computer may need to be reset dose any8one know ?? Please help if you know

Did you check the rest of the fuses in the car?
