      Angry Grounding issues...i think

Ok background 08 LS with 132000k on the odometer bought on Friday for a fair price base model no abs, manual windows and doors automatic transmission. Ran like a dream started up at test drive and drove it like I stole it for at least 30 minutes brought a scan tool with live data recording found no codes no abnormalities to speak of. 14 hours later of rain went to drive and got a crank no start with a flashing check engine light and the main relay constantly clicking. Replaced plugs and writes just to eliminate any thing there. No spark no fuel pump activity found a bad resistor for the engine air waiting for the local Chevy dealer to get one in stock but i am 100% baffled this car ran too well for a major issue to have developed sitting still in the rain. Ground from the pdc was corroded and have fixed but still the constant clicking of the main relay and the cruise light is flashing with a pedal hit. I've power probed millimetered and scanned with no possible culprits any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

What are the codes, and battery voltage before and during cranking?

No active or historic codes present 14 and 11.1 roughly respectively

Are you saying that the static battery voltage is 14V? If so, that's way too high, and would mean your Aveo has a problem with the charging system, such as a bad voltage regulator. If it is actually 14V, try scrubbing off voltage by running the headlights for a while. Around 12.6 is what you want to see before trying to start it again.
