I'm at 64k with the stock pads. This is with 2 track days too so not bad at all. The stock pads are ceramic, hence the long life. My rotors are a little warped though so I plan on doing them within a few months.

I went about 65,000km on the original brakes and I still could have easily gone a bit longer with them but since the weather was nice and i didnt want to wait 'til winter when Id have to take them to a shop. The right pads were slightly worn down a bit more but I attribute that to how I have a tendency to go a little harder into left turns than I do on rights.
i changed out my pads only at 79000 miles and still had just a slight amount of material left. caught it right before i started munching the rotors. didnt even replace rotors. cleaned and adjusted the rear shoes and i was good to go. probably will need them next pad change.
