heater fan problem

the heater fan in my 2008 Aveo stopped working yesterday. any idea how much this is going to cost to have fixed? do I need to take it to dealer, or can anyone pretty much make the repair?

check the relay, check the resistor, the fuse, the switch, then the fan motor.

not going to say anyone can fix it, but ay good competent electronics experienced mechanic can fix it.
