You'll need to explain what the problem is, in order for anyone to try to give advice.
Sounds pretty straight forward to me. Unbolt old manifold, remove O2 sensor, reinstall O2 sensor in new manifold, reinstall new manifold.
Do you have a pic of the crack? How severe is the crack? At the end of the day, these are budget cars; if the crack is only minor and easy to get to without removing, I would just fill the crack in with JB Weld.

I am greatful for all of your responses. This is my first time joining a forum of any kind, I was at loss looking online for a DIY video. So on the issue itself, I have been told by a few certified mechanics just from listening to the car that there is a crack somewhere in the manifold. All the symptoms line up as well, loss of power, etc, etc.
so now that I have the new manufactured part I was looking to see how straight forward to project was from you guys who have done it. I just recently purchased this Car for my son and have been very pleased with it. Again, I appreciate any advice rendered with this DIY project!
Have to say I'm more than a bit doubtful about diagnosing a crack in the exhaust manifold by listening. It's possible I guess, but personally I'd be wanting to find the break, before hanging on a new part.
Once you install the new manifold and run the engine, it will be unlikely that you can return it. Before doing so, perhaps you could elaborate on the 'etc, etc' of the symptoms that you mentioned, any OBD codes, along with realtime data stream values that the certified mechanic read (he did use a realtime scanner, yes?).
These are solid inquiries, I will be back home tomorrow and look into them. Then I'll repost my findings.
