Help P2135 code TPS sensor 2009 Aveo LS

As the title says, I have the common dreaded P2135 trouble code and my car is in limp mode, rough idle won't go over 3000rpm. I've tried many things to remedy the code including:

- changed New Throttle body with sensor
- changed New accelerator pedal with sensor
- checked/cleaned the chassis electrical ground near the battery/ECU
- visually checked the connector to the throttle body

There are a few more things I will try tonight, such as another ground terminal near the starter apparently, and perhaps I will check the connector for the throttle body with a probe for continuity. However I would appreciate any suggestions as I need to get this car running ASAP most people resolve the problem with just the throttle body

In what order did you replace parts? What’s the timeframe between tossing each part at it? Curious as to what you changed first.

The PCM and the wiring are the only parts remaining in that equation...
