I went to O'Reilly's and bought a $2 piece of hose and replaced it. I did this Saturday and I haven't had a problem since. This was definitely the fix for the problem. Now I have to replace the valve cover gasket to see if it fixes the leaky spark plug holes. Thanks again everyone.
Thanks for this. To help other owners in the future, I had these 3 codes-
P0172 P2188 P0106.
Turned out to be due to a small cracked rubber 90 degree fitting (black rubber hose/fitting) at the top of the engine, slightly to the left. I fixed the crack with automotive black silicone and let it dry.

symptoms were that the car would stall after trying to accelerate after a full stop.
