yeah injectors could be dirty. Carb and choke cleaner ''spray'' into the throttle body while engine running should work unless there real dirty.

too lean, too rich.. too lean, too rich. Sounds like you should verify the parameters of the o2 you bought. Aftermarket i assume?
The same could be the issue with the hesitation, but looking at what you have done, I would also check the plugs and connections again, and also mist them.
Thanks everyone for your input. I found out what was wrong. I took a look at my MAP sensor since it threw a code and as I was pulling off the MAP sensor; I noticed that the rubber hose that leads into a vacuum tube that connects to the Intake manifold was torn. I went to O'Reilly's and bought a $2 piece of hose and replaced it. I did this Saturday and I haven't had a problem since. This was definitely the fix for the problem. Now I have to replace the valve cover gasket to see if it fixes the leaky spark plug holes. Thanks again everyone.
Thanks for this. To help other owners in the future, I had these 3 codes-
P0172 P2188 P0106.
Turned out to be due to a small cracked rubber 90 degree fitting (black rubber hose/fitting) at the top of the engine, slightly to the left. I fixed the crack with automotive black silicone and let it dry.
symptoms were that the car would stall after trying to accelerate after a full stop.
