Horn problem

Posted a couple years back about a broken horn. Never did fix it. I bought two different horns and both work when hooked direct to a power source. I checked the fuses and all is well there. Next best guess is the relay. On an 07 Aveo5 SVM would that relay be on the floor by the left foot or up by the fuse box? Any other thoughts what it might be?

Did you check the wiring from the fuse to the horn to make sure you got power going to the horn there if you do not there good chance the wire broken some where there. Oh Yes
