hey
i want to replace my spark plugs , theyre old and black
but i don't know how to remove the wires , theyre stuck and i don't want to damage them so what is the right way to remove them ?
(i have the 1.5l sohc engine [F15S3])

the wires have some kind of metal shield around them so im not sure what to grip on when i remove , the metal thing or the wire itself [heat shield is red because racecar yo]

as you can see the one on the far right one is easy to remove
