Just out of curiosity, what are the symptoms of them being shot? Loud clank/clunk when the rear wheels go over a decent bump? excessive front to back/side to side play when the back end is off the ground?

If it works anything like the front, which it probably doesn't, you can buy just the bushing. I have an 06 Hatchback, and I replaced the front drivers side bushing.. The part cost me $19.99 and I just took off the control arm, and the bushing was sheered to ****, gave it a hit or two with the hammer and it popped out then I needed to use a screw driver and hammer to pound the surrounding lip out of it. Took the new pushing it, lined it up, and pressed it into place.. Took me about 30 minutes to an hour, and all for $20.
Don't try to push it in by force though, if you try it yourself. It's impossible. Well sorry, damn near impossible.
Replacement bushings available on ebay for aveo rear axle!
I've seen that, not oem though, it's a cross reference part that fits.
For the price I wonder what his mark up is, I was tempted to buy one just to figure out what it was off of. But figured he eliminate the original packaging and cheaper parts don't always have numbers on them.
so your the seller? and i do have an issue only because just because your around when someone needs it replaced this time, does not mean you'll be around every time. Or that a better bushing is out there, like a prothane or solid swivel replacement.
when mine go, i will have better than oem made.
specifically these:

someone on here mentioned a cost of $1000 for the dead axle assembly. That is outrageous, almost 3 years ago a chevy dealership quoted me $300 but I found an auto recycler that had one for $200 with a 1 year warranty. Labor wasnt involved with my cost as I swapped the dead axles myself
