New here I just bought a 2007 Chevy Aveo LS 4-door 5-speed with 118K on it and when it is cold shifting in to 2nd and 3rd it feels like it is slipping or cutting out. Once it warms up it runs fine! Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance!

Automatic or manual? If auto, have you checked your fluid level?
Please do not power off, firmware update pending.....
5-speed manual, have not checked fluid yet (too fat to get under! LOL)
I find that my Aveo misfires and lacks power on cold starts until it gets up to operating temp. Given that there is a whole lot of power loss, it makes for terrible gear changes, simply because the power is not there. My trans oil is fine, my hydraulic fluid is fresh and clean, and my clutch has never slipped....its just is what it is.

2005 Aveo LT. 5-speed beater car (DOA)
That is kind of what I figured! I am going to replace plugs and wires and see what that gets me!
Will this car run without a Catalytic Converter? Sorry for spelling!
