Misfire on cylinder 1

Been looking and searching through the site for someone to have a similar problem but things seem different so i made my own post.

First things first all wires and plugs have been changed as well as all the fuses checked. code still shows random misfire and the engine is driving rough. through some troubleshooting i have come to find that the #1 cylinder gets absolutely no spark from the ignition coil. cylinders 2-4 get spark however. That made me doubt a bad coil because cylinder 4 is still firing strong.

Do i have a bad coil guys? or any other suggestions?

When you say random misfire, I'm assuming that to be P0300, which doesn't make sense if only #1 is without spark. Seems like it should be setting a P0301. Which way did you do the testing for spark?

Does cylinder 3 get any spark? If no, I'd say its the coil.

If you want to try and replace the coil, I believe I still have a spare from my 04. I'd let it go really cheap just to get rid of it. PM me if you're interested.
