Replaced spark plugo ignition coil both o2 sensors crank sensor since o2 and crank sensor codes were up as well. Engine runs and starts lil better but still off. Not sure what to do... do I need to do crank sensor relearn or no since p0315 code not up??

Look towards fixing the battery issue too; its possible it could be related. Have the battery and alternator tested to see if they're still good. If not, replace.

Concerning the misfire, the only things you haven't touched yet is the ignition coil and fuel injectors. I would lean towards the problem being a faulty ignition coil. They could be replaced in 5 min with a 10mm deep socket. Price of the coil itself is $30 on Amazon. It is also possible that you can have a faulty fuel injector too.

Ok yes I actually did replace the ignitin coil and the cheapest I could get that was 75 bucks. I now believe is either fuel ejector r clogged or bad or maybe a bad exhaust valve? Idk much about cars... so crank sensor releare nonot a problem??

you're only pulling a code for one cylinder, not four. it is something specific to that cylinder. Like I said before, probably a bad fuel injector. Swap the #4 cylinder injector with the #1,2, or 3 injector and see if that does anything.
