My Timing belt broke at a stop light while at an idle, I knew what happened so I did NOT try to start the engine.
What do I do Now, did this DAMAGE my ENGINE??????????????????

Most likely the valves are bent and you will need new valves or another head, along with a timing belt job of course (belts, ALL PULLIES, water pump, etc).

Rarely, things can also break in the lower block, but not often.
