      No airflow problem

2006 Chevy Aveo LT -The blower motor died so I replaced it and also put in a resistor as well. After replacing both of those parts, the blower turns on and has all of the various speed settings controlled by the knob / switch. The problem is that there is very little airflow through the vents. The cabin air filter is clean and there is no obstructions in the ducts. Also, the intake flap is not obstructing the incoming air flow. Please help - thank you.
