no heat in cabin

can anyone tell me what's wrong with me car? I get only cold air from my car when the heat is on. The fan is working fine and the temp needle move accordingly.

Check your coolant level first.
If you just had your coolant changed they may not have filled it with the heater turned full on. That causes an air lock in the heater.

What is the operating temp is it normal or running hot cold do you smell something sweet when you turn on the heater?
How many miles on the vehicle?
Have you looked at the thermostat?

Classic sign of a bad thermostat. It's an easy and cheap repair you can do for yourself.

Is your engine running at normal temperature? I had a problem like this in the past.
