No start when gets in the 30s at night ( Repair Manual/

What a great place i just found cuz my car wont start. any way the car will not start when in gets in the 30s it does not crank and has full battery. then after turn ing the key a few times and waiting about 2 to 5 min. it will start like no problem. this only happens on cold nights when i go to work in the morning. If some one has a repair manual I would love to see it so i could look at the starting circuit. It has to be a frozen relay or something like that i would think.

It happens in the morning when it is dark so i cant tell for sure but i do hear a relay clicking im not sure if there is any thing else in the start circuit other than the P/n switch, relay, and i assume it has a solinoid on the starter. Havent had time in the day to look at it yet. thaught it was a strange no start condition and thaught some one around here may have had similar. waiting 2-5 min than it starting like no problem is just strange.
