      I would put half a quart of Lucas oil stabilizer in. It would boost oil pressure a bit and should keep the oil light off. If the light still flickers, it would mean a bad sensor or a bad wire/connection to the sensor.

      +1 on the gauge check. not a big fan of "mechanic-in-a-bottle." If you haven't already, check out the link Avguy posted. If it were mine, I'd also take some Dawn dish soap and water with a toothbrush and clean all the crud out of the connector terminals. HTHY, best of luck on this one
