The relay should kill power to the fuses, and if there was any power coming from elsewhere then pulling the fuses would do nothing (I think). I double checked all my fuse taps for my parking lights in the new headlights, and it all seems good, no shorts or anything. I dont even know what to do. And another thing, when I was putting the fuses back in after pulling them so I didn't lose my tails at night, the lights stayed off for a minute. When I touched the fuse again, literally just touched it, the lights came back on. Is there a problem with the fusebox? That's my last guess
