Problem!!!!!
Hey guys how are you doin well i fill up my tank with gas and then i accelerate and the car starts to sputter it also happens when im at a light for a while when i go to take off for the red light the car starts to hessitate then acclerates properly i have an 09 Aveo... any help??????
-
it only happens when the tank is full? or it happened right after you bought this tank of gas?
mileage?
-
It happens when the tank is full it has been happening 60,000 all highway miles
-
so it does not happen while at half a tank/ etc?
i would suspect you have some sort of issue with the fuel pump. but, do you top off or over fill? if so you could have damaged the evap system while it is over full, causing pressure issues and/or evap problems.

i had this same problem with my aveo around 120k, i swapped my coil pack and it solved the problem.
-
the drining issue (sputtering) does sound like a coil pack, but i cannot see how that related to the tank being full as a symptom?
-
true. from what i hear the fuel pump is non serviceable
-
you just put in a new one, mines been replaced.

Its very easy to replace the fuel pump. I did it in about 30 minutes with very little mechanical knowledge or skill.
There is an access underneath the rear seat.
-remove a circular plastic cover (about 8 inches diameter)
-disconnect wire harnesses
-there is a ring clamp that goes around the unit, loosen it and remove it
-pull of the black plastic ring that runs around the outside of the fuel pump
-pull the fuel pump straight out.
-Put the new one in and go through the steps in reverse
-
you bought bad gas.
go to a different station or use a little lucas. theres no better thing you can do for an daewoo engine less lube than put a squirt of lucas before you fill up.
