      thats the cap, most cars have a dust seal the goes on "first' to the spindle.. would be pushing into the back of the hub before the hub goes onto the spindle..

      (i for one dont know first hand)

      Nope, that is the dust cap. I'm asking if there is a seal that goes on the opposite side of the drum to keep the grease on the bearing from spraying all over inside the drum.
