No, that would be after the CPP. You will need to either use a relay under the hood or run you 12V+ for the remote start from the battery; there are no wires in the ignition harness that carry enough current for the starter motor.
Our cars don't have a clutch "switch", we have a Clutch Pedal Position sensor, thus the difficulty.
My car does not have the transponder key, so I'm not familiar with that part of it.
