Replacing Radiator - 2009 Aveo

Does anyone have a diagram showing the coolant system for an 09 Aveo (1.6L hatchback w\ automatic transmission)? It seems simple and I was able to get most of the information I need from here:

The only difference with my car is the description of the lines running to and from the transmission. Both source and return lines have regular hose clamps. The issue is that it's hard to see where those lines go (somewhere on the other side of the radiator that I can't see. are these lines attached to the rad? If so, I don't see it on any of the product images on the parts websites I've been to.

Has anyone changed the radiator in an 09 aveo?

With a little more light, I can see where the transmission cooler lines lead to. Does anyone know if it's safe to unbolt these lines from the radiator and then bolt them back into place on the new rad (e.g. do you need new seals or washers)? Also, how attached to the radiator is the A/C condenser? Is it hard to separate the two so the A/C doesn't need to be disconnected?
