Hey,
So I live in a dirt road subdivison (it's about a 5 minute drive at around 30KMH). It's been warm the last few days plus some rain, so it's all deep thick mud. Anyway, yesterday got drenched in mud and the car was fine. Came home last night, parked it and it went way below freezing.
This morning I went to start it, started fine but felt rough, the car was shaking or vibrating (the back window mainly and the door panels). So, I pulled outta the driveway, no shaking. Took it for a rip for about 15-20 minutes, it's not shaking anymore. However, when you start it it feels like from the bottom it's having a hard time turning somewhere, something is. Could it be mud and stuff frozen around the gears or linkage?
Whenever you shut it off it kinda roughly shuts off. What could be going on? No lights or anything and it sounds fine on the road, city speeds, highway speeds and all gears.
Thanks for your thoughts,
Brendan
