RPM too high upon start up, drops to normal when AC ON.

Please. Help me define and figure out the problem that I currently observed.

[COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.701961)]E Type: 4 cylinder[/COLOR]
[COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.701961)]E Cap.; 1399cc[/COLOR]
[COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.701961)]Horse p: 94 bhp[/COLOR]
[COLOR=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.701961)]Torque : 130Nm.

Initially this car been sent for serviced at alpine center due to engine dies off when release the accelerator at idle or neutral mode and engine alarm.
They have done replacement of timing belt and serviced the water pump. Since it is more than 90k.
1. Service throttle body and IAC valve - to be monitor
2. Removed and replaced oxygen sensor.

now I am facing the above mentioned problem..

It is a manual transmission..

rpm reaches to 40000

I know you have a different engine than us.. but theres a loss in translation to 40000.

The odds are it is the temp sensor setting a high idle when you do not need it.
