Service bulletin access ( SB-08-06-04-027) ?

I see that there is a service bulletin for the 0470 code (catalytic or oxy sensor faults). Is there any way to find out what bulletin SB-08-06-04-027 actually says. The only sites I have found just give you the title. Is there a site I can go to or does someone have the information contained in this bulletin before I start buying stuff.

I have obtained a number of service bulletins from dealers, just ask, if they say no ask another dealer. I would in the future if buying a used car from a dealer...make that a condition of the sale, provide all TSB for the car I am buying.
