starter clicking

i got a 2005 auto trans. swaped motor out of a 2004 manual trans. swap wend well. went to see if it would crank up. motor spins but starter makes a sound like it dont have enuff power. checked voltage at the starter and got 12-14 volts. so i jumped the starter and everything sounded fine. i checked fuses.even got a new starter. a obd2 scanner didnt see any codes.


is there a starter relay? if so where is it?
Whatelse should i check?

I'm not understanding what you're saying. The starter spins the motor? Does it start it?
