With my '04, I think it was as simple as a dirty air filter that gave me the P0113 code. So maybe double check that tomorrow.

Awesome I'll check that. Thanks
If the P0113 code comes back after checking the filter, I would just replace the IAT sensor. I think it's a $20 part
If it comes back it will be changed, I hate fixing the same thing twice, especially for a 25 dollar part. I think it was unhappy as it had just been cleaned, cleared the code last night and it has not come back yet.
So for anybody else searching, clean the TB out really good, ( fly by wire) and runs it runs like a top! No more codes either! This makes the mother in law happy.
Now onto the next thing on the list lol

Awesome. I'm glad to hear you got it fixed.
Sorry been away for a bit, I removed it from the car and held it open and cleaned it with carb cleaner and mechanics Q tips till it was as clean as I could get it. I even used a bit of white scotch brite ( we use it on aircraft ) on the stubborn bits.
but it's been a month with no trouble, and the mother inlaw fill her car up again, and low and behold the same issue is back.she filled the car up at the same gas station as always. I'm gonna go out and look at it again this morn,
now onto my next question, since I'm reviving an old thread, how much will the computer tell me with a proper code reader, ( one that does live data) vs just a code reader ( no live data)
thanks again guys
