Suspension sound when going slowly over uneven roads

HI all! this is my first post here in the forum Hope you guys could help to advice on a little problem i am having..

When i am driving my Chevy Aveo 2005 slowly over uneven roads, there's something like a "hollow" knocking sound/noise...or as if the suspension's "loose". It's not loud, merely annoying. Don't think there's any problems with the absobers, coz when i pressed the car down, it bounced right back up with no repeats..

Is it because of bad ball joints? kindly advise

Sway bar, end links. to test them have someone rock the car side to side while you have your hand on the swaybar/endlink connection. If they dont move together as one, or you can detect some end play there hosed.

it could be the strut mounts, pop the hood, if the gap is really large at the top of the strut tower (the cups for the strut) then thy need replaced. There have been numberous threads about sway bar bushings, endlinks, ball joints, even rear axle bushings.

have them checked out.
