Temperature Needle and LED brake lights

For some odd reason, my 11 Aveo has been acting strange with the needles. It started making the radio go dim when i stepped on the brakes, after i put LED bulbs in the tail lights, so I took the bulbs out, and the radio is fine... But Now, as of today, my temperature needle is marking as if the car is a 3rd of the way hot. Coolant is fine, liquids are fine, no problems. Now about 30 mins ago ( 1255am as i type this) the temp needle is at the last white line, before the red line. But, car is running fine, coolant is flowing no problem, and the fans are on. When I turn off the car, the needle does not go all the way down, when the car is off, past the C mark...


Sorry for the typos, i just ran to get my best friend from the hospital, and noticed that. ( thankfully she is fine just a muscle spasm)
Any idea to what that is?
