      will it cause vibration? yes,if its a loose point between the tire and steering wheel. that will always cause a vibration.

      making the brakes pull to the side? not as likely, unless it is really worn, pulling if you eliminate all possibilities in the braking system can be control arm bushings, ball joints, strut mounts, bearing or tie rods. basically something is allowing the spindle to shift while braking.

      But most likely it can be traced to something in the braking system.

      i wonder if i could already have a warped disc , i think i've been fairly good though... and the brakes are all new front and back (well, let's say they still have less than 20,000km)

      I think I should start with getting the good suspension + all the UltraRacing bars, then maybe a big brake kit (or at least rear disc conversion with good discs/pads all around?)

      I really want my brakes to be very good, and the braking pedal feeling too ... right now the feeling is not really inspiring confidence.
