timing belt change

so i just hit 50,000 miles on mine 04 aveo and i remeber reading a very good how to with pictures on changing a timing belt a couple weeks ago and now i can't find it anymore. if anyone knows or has a good how to with pics it would be a great help if you could post the link, (as long as its ok with the admins), to where its at. also i was wondering what brand of timing belt should i get. and what is that tool that hold the cams in place when you take the belt off called?
