Hey folks. I started this running list as easy reference for me. I have it printed out and keep it folded up in my glove box. Hope this helps people who search on this forum. I welcome you to print it out too. I also welcome you to add to the list, or edit any mistakes that I may have listed.

The following specs are for my 2006 Aveo LT Hatchback 5-speed... but I'm sure it crosses over to a lot of models...

Cylinder head bolts 18 ft lbs, 60⁰, 60⁰, 60⁰, 10⁰
Main bearing bolts 37 ft lbs, 45⁰, 15⁰
Rod bearing bolts 18 ft lbs, 30⁰, 15⁰
Crankshaft damper bolts 70 ft lbs, 30⁰, 15⁰
Flywheel bolts 25 ft lbs, 30⁰, 15⁰
Manifold In&Ex 18 ft lbs
Spark plugs 18 ft lbs Gap 0.039-0.043
Oil pan drain plug 26 ft lbs
Tire lug nuts 88 ft lbs 30 psi for tires; 185/55/15
Camshaft gear bolts 49 ft lbs
Water pump bolts 89 inch lbs or 10 Nm
TB Cover bolts 89 inch lbs or10 Nm
TB Idler pulley 30 ft lbs
TB tensioner bolts 18 ft lbs
Alternator adj. Bolt 5 ft lbs
Pwr Steering pump ret bolts 18 ft lbs
Pwr steering pump pulley bolt 18 ft lbs
Air cleaner housing bolts 106 inch lbs or 12 Nm
Crankshaft pulley bolt 70 ft lbs, 30⁰, 15⁰
Engine mount bolts 44 ft lbs
