I saw earlier posts about cold start, but wanted to see if there were other ideas. I have an 04 Aveo that I just rebuilt the whole top end due to a timing belt failure. The car is back together, but is idling at about 2500 RPM. It doesn't come down to normal even after it's warmed up. The engine is throwing no codes and I can't find any vacuum leaks using the starting fluid spray technique.
An y ideas?
