Two middle vents not blowing most of the time

I wonder if it's possible the mode door that directs air through the various passages in the system is wonky.

We had one member where the door broke:

Blower fan for heat, defrost, is working but no air comes through vents (SOLVED!).

Also, check this thread for a diagram/description of the mode door location (post 10)
