Two middle vents not blowing most of the time

So here is an update: found out that putting the fans on four makes a latch closing sound, forcing the middle vents not to work, so long as it is not on four it works, but after it hits four, it also makes the other modes not work. This leads me to believe the higher pressure is causing an issue.
