      sealant goes on the two black rubber peices and on the other side as well. And the torque goes from the center out.

      Ummm, not trying to make fun, but the whole thing is black rubber in the picture. Mine is actually blue. Is there the adhesive points?

      You've probably already done the work, but for future reference, the sealant goes at both ends where the gasket follows the cam semicircles.
