Valves - 2005 Chevy Aveo - adjustment specs 1.6L valve adjustment

Hey guys,

Got a 2005 Chevy Aveo w/ about 150,000 on it & as best I can tell from judging the sounds my engine is starting to make it's probably about time for a valve adjustment...assuming you can adjust these valves.

Does anyone have a source with some instructions including specs on the required valve gap (using a feeler), where to start the cam shaft, where to go from there to get each cylinder adjusted, etc.

Any advice would help too - I haven't done an adjustment on this engine before & it's surprised me almost every time with some kind of quirkiness once I get in there...good ol' Korean engine that it is.
